Losing someone you love can make the world feel quieter, lonelier, and upside down. At TNAP, we understand that grief isn’t just about sadness—it’s about all the emotions that come and go when you least expect them.
We’re here to remind children that they don’t have to go through this alone. Our gentle, supportive approach helps them navigate grief, regulate emotions, and find moments of joy again. Whether at school or at home, we provide tools and techniques for parents and teachers to create a safe space where children feel heard, supported, and understood.




Free Monthly Peer Groups
We offer free, monthly groups for children who have been referred to us. These groups provide a safe and friendly space where children can:
✔ Connect with others who understand their experience
✔ Learn about emotions and healthy coping strategies
✔ Gain tools to navigate difficult days
✔ Find light relief, friendship, and support during one of life’s hardest journeys
4-Week Grief Programme (Ideal for Primary-Age Children)
This structured programme, based on Upside Down, Downside Up, provides a guided way for children to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, age-appropriate format. It can be:
✔ Delivered in schools by a trained teacher or professional (Training provided)
✔ Facilitated by a grief specialist from The Never Alone Project
✔ Designed to help children express themselves through storytelling and activities
