Adult Bereavement Support
Grief doesn’t pause for life’s responsibilities. While the world keeps moving—work, family, and daily tasks piling up—it can feel like there’s no space for your own emotions. We support adults with or without grieving children, and recognise many adults juggle supporting bereaved children and young people while trying to process their own loss.
We understand that grieving as an adult can be exhausting, overwhelming, and isolating. That’s why The Never Alone Project offers a range of gentle, supportive spaces to help adults navigate grief at their own pace. Sometimes a conversation at the right time can make all the difference.
