It may include the following: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, job titles, contact preferences, and sensitive information. These include children and adults.
The data is stored online and on paper files. This data is only accessed and used by authorised people within our organisation. It is only shared outside of The Never Alone Project with your express permission in order to access further services, or if there is a risk of harm, in which case we will refer to our Safeguarding Policy.

Our team’s data is stored online and on paper files. The personal information we hold is used to contact our team, to assess possible opportunities and to share some anonymous data for fundraising purposes. We will always seek your express permission if we need to share your data with any 3rd parties, for example event planners.
Supporters – We keep a database to keep in contact with you and for our data analysis. Some information you provide may be through a 3rd party platform such as Just Giving, who will hold their own privacy policies. Subscribers to our newsletter will have their data stored on a reputable client record management platform. we are currently using AWeber.
We only process your information when it is necessary and/or when you have given us express permission. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, unless otherwise required by law. In accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in UK, we aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures and have implemented reasonable security measures to protect the security of this information. You have a right to see what information we hold about you at any time, or to withdraw consent if we are relying on that to process information. Please see below who to contact.
