TNAP’s Youth Ambassadors Program!
Do you love what we do for those who are struggling with grief?
Do you want to be a part of our team, and help us to make our service even better?
At The Never Alone Project (TNAP), we believe in empowering children and young people to be change-makers in their communities.
Our Youth Ambassadors programme is designed to empower, build resilience and share hope to those navigating the challenges of grief and bereavement.
We want to empower the children and young people we support, to initiate positive change in and around the community and build a safe and supportive space for those affected by grief.
Our Youth Ambassador group will be a voice for the children and young people we support.
They will help in shaping our service, Support us to develop our resources and policies, and be involved in social media and marketing campaigns.
They will be invited to be involved in our fundraising efforts, enabling our supporters to hear from those who have accessed support and have become advocates for the service.

As a TNAP Youth Ambassador you will:
- Gain experience in a supportive setting where you will learn new skills.
- You will build your confidence.
- You will work alongside likeminded people, sharing your passion for making a difference to our community.
- You will be giving hope to those struggling with grief and bereavement, knowing that you are making a difference.
- Being part of the Youth Ambassadors will also look great on your CV for the future, supporting your employability skills and gaining positive work experience.
- You will also receive a TNAP Ambassador T-shirt and a certificate of participation.
- Have fun coming up with ideas for the charity.
- Be invited to Ambassadors in person events.
Requirement to apply:
- If you are under 18, you must have consent from parent/carer.
- You need to be passionate about wanting to make a difference to grieving people.
- A team player, working with others and open to sharing your views and discussing key points.
- Available to attend most of our monthly online sessions, and sometimes join us in person whilst we talk about your ideas.
- Be willing to represent TNAP in marketing, either with ideas, or if you and your parents are happy with it, to help us with making videos.
- Be non-judgemental and respectful.
